How to “Acknowledge” each other’s Soul.
We place the hands together at the heart chakra, close the eyes, and bow the head. It can also be done by placing the hands together in front of the third eye, bowing the head, and then bringing the hands down to the heart. This is an especially deep form of respect.
“ My divine soul recognizes the divine soul in you”
The gesture Namaste represents the belief that there is a Divine spark within each of us that is located in the heart chakra.
The gesture is an acknowledgment of the soul in one by the soul in another.

The Mirror Effect…
Just because the process hurts doesn’t mean the results will not be beautiful…
You must create your own opportunities and strive for balance in order to find harmony.
Anything is possible if you just believe.

Tattooing Anahata Chakra
There is a beautiful thing inside you that is thousands of years old.
Too old to be captured in poems…
Too old to be loved by everyone…
But loved so very deeply by a chosen few.
What a painful thing to see forever in the eyes of someone who doesn’t see the same.
Choose those staring at your heart’s chamber through the windows of their Soul, as it will become your master Key to open your heart and allow it to grow into love.

Keep Going…
Hey there,
Don’t be satisfied with stories…how things have gone with others. “Unfold your own myth.”
Every person’s value is the thought they hold.
If you are looking for a friend who is faultless, you will be friendless.
Only if the heart gets rusty with grief, (without signs of presence) do not stay longer. That is the only difference between faultless and friendless.
Life can be ironic sometimes;
It takes sadness to know what happiness is.
Noise to appreciate silence.
And absence to value presence.
Every bad situation will have something positive.
Resilience will teach you that as we grow older you look for very different things in people:
Honesty
Loyalty
Integrity
Which are three Army Values alike to three of the five Yamas:
Ahimsa
Satya
Asteya
from the Eight Limbs of Yoga’s structure.
There is so much parallelism within the Military and Yoga communities.
More than many people in the world would ever imagine.
Starting with basically being two subcultures, with the exception than yoga is exclusive and the military inclusive.
Which sustains a longer structure of discipline within the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
You must be member of both (myself) simultaneously in order to share such analogue perspective.
The synthesis of this resilience’s tip is to look for someone who will stand right by your side when the walls start crumbling and the fires rage within. They are right there, and in that moment you know they got you.
That is true representation of a military buddy’s system and Acroyoga’s (partnership) team work.
Last but not least;
Choose the way that will fill your heart with love, and hence enlighten your Soul.

How Unity Increases Strength.
“The buddy system is elemental for survival, because it will give the dark forces a different target to aim at.”
I heard the following story during the Integration of a Kundalini Yoga sequence and suddenly, I found myself playing a movie at my mind’s eye of an 18 years military career.
Moreover all the good things I have learned from it. Starting with structure. Not to mention the financial support provided during my college education completion and currently my son’s.
Besides gratitude, there is certainly other important good thing learned across my path: Teamwork and to feel honored by becoming part of both families.
Which are values encouraged within the yoga’s community.
As such is the reason for sharing this story.
When you see geese flying along in “V” formation, you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way.
As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following.
By flying in “V” formation, the whole flock adds at least 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own. (Someone must have made a PHD) 🤔
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the trust of one another.
When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front.
If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those people who are headed the same way we are.
When the head goose gets tired, it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. (Everyone should develop leadership skills)
It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs, whether with people or with geese flying south.
Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed.
What messages do we give when we honk from behind?
Finally (and this is important)
When a goose gets sick or is wounded by gunshot, and falls out of formation, two other geese fall out with that goose and follow it down to lend help and protection. (Never leave a fallen comrade behind).
They stay with the fallen goose until it is able to fly or until it dies, and only then do they launch out on their own, or with another formation to catch up with their group.
If we have the sense of a goose, we will stand by each other like that.
Last but not least;
Always, always remember that it is a privilege to be part of a community or family…

Ships don’t sink because of the water around them 🤔
Today is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use it as you will. It is your choice to use it or waste it for good.
Always remember that ships don’t sink because of the water around them, ships sink because of the water that people allow to get inside in them.
As such don’t let what is happening around you get inside you and weigh you down.
Start with an important affirmation:
“What I do today is important because I am exchanging a day of my life for it.”
When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever, leaving in its place something that you have left behind.
Allow it be something that got you closer to your highest good.

Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead…
And Christ will shine on you.
Therefore do not be partakers with them; for you were formerly darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.
Hey there,
Please review these beautiful words from, Ephesians 5:7.
Part of walking in the light is coming out from the darkness. In other words is the awakening of self-resilience.
God does not love that which is already in itself worthy of love, but on the contrary, that which in itself has no worth acquires worth just by becoming the object of God’s love.
Now, was not this the message that Jesus sent to our Father when saying;
“Forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing”, (seconds before his spirit left the physical body)?
Just, before his final, final…
It is finished!
Ofcourse it is because, the sunsets resurrect into sunrises.
Moreover, resilience and not fear to dead or sunsets, because the darker it might be the brighter you will see your sunrise.
That is how resilience manifests within us. Bouncing through adversity, but not breaking.
You are resilient.
Make it your daily Mantra.

The Quieter You Become, The More You Can Hear…
Once the storm is over you will not remember, how you made it through. Managing to survive became an art. You could find yourself wondering if the storm is even over. But one thing is certain…
When you come out the storm you won’t be the same person who walked in.
Last but not least:
Be patient in the storm and focus on the sunshine after.

Let your flow prevail…
Finding sense through the hardest times…
She was always looking outside herself for strength and confidence, until the day she realized, that those character skills come from within.
No matter the circumstances throughout lives, resiliency is part of our DNA, it comes into our tissues.
Our cells regeneration process is the best example sustaining our capacity to bounce instead of breaking during adversity.
