Children are not delivered with a memorandum of instructions, providing guidance regards how to be raised.

I would love an addendum to parenting regards pulling it off efforts the best we can, and be receptive to changes focused to look forward to a blooming future society .

It’s hard to protect ourselves from relapsing dysfunctional patterns from our ancestors.
Furthermore, when there hasn’t been resiliency to that baggage. We might displace part of a pain unconsciously  from those unhealed memories to the wrong people.

This is our base, our rock.

What happens if you build your house on a rock, will happen with muladhara chakra.

 It’s located in the perinum.

We could becone abandoned children constantly, unable to stand by ourselves our principles, and manifest our disagreements.

Our first chakra’s (as explained with the example of built your house on a rock) consciousness will be  oriented toward our survival.

Our instinctual level concerned with hunger, fear, the need for rest, warm, and sheltered.

I’ve realized when teaching Yoga to the military; that their base chakra gets frequently out of balance.  Makes sense, recalling the amount of stress, and reactivity they bring back from deployments.

No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell.- C. Jung

Forgiving without apology can be hard, but let’s ask ourselves…Is it heavier to let go, or keep carrying the heavy cross?

At the end, will provide a brighter relationship scenario to our own descendants.

Will let us open our hearts to love and light.

No matter how difficult might seem, we are loved, we are protected, and safe.

It’s important to keep this in mind.

We are not alone, no matter how cloudy everything could turn.

“The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,  he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.  Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” Psalm 23

If we clinge to that, as a daily mantra we turn our way to embrace faster the Sunrise.

I feel blessed to even have my parents together, still in love like the day they met each other. Hence, my life was far away from being perfect.

Signs of imbalance:

disconnections, fear, scarcity

Aromatherapy for balancing this chakra:

cedar wood

sandalwood

cinnamon

Juniper Berry

It needs scents that will help grounding and security.

Color:  Red

Furthermore , perfection and normality are relative to people’s perception.

“Beauty lies, in the eyes of the beholder”

When parental bonding needs resiliency, both sides must be willing to engage the process.

Keeping into perspective the existence of “free will”, the only way out of such a draining  laberynth is to stand by ourselves commiting to embrace resiliency with our must important physical and emotional home, our roots.

Resilience provides the tools for taking a last look to emotional baggage, and start with self love heading towards successful rehabilitation process.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most guide us.
We ask ourselves,

Who am I to be shining like a ☀️?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small, does it serve the world?

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Last but not least;
