There is a beautiful thing inside you that is thousands of years old.
Too old to be captured in poems…
Too old to be loved by everyone…
But loved so very deeply by a chosen few.
What a painful thing to see forever in the eyes of someone who doesn’t see the same.
Choose those staring at your heart’s chamber through the windows of their Soul, as it will become your master Key to open your heart and allow it to grow into love.

Benefits of Anahatasana (Heart Melting Pose) Anahatasana expand the chest and give a soothing effect on the Anahata chakra is associated with feelings and emotions. It can release any blocked emotions and we can feel free of the burdens of the heart.
Deeply opens the shoulders, pectoral muscles of the chest, thoracic spine, neck and lower back. Heart and lung meridians receive a fresh burst of prana.
From hands and knees position, melt your heart towards the Earth to the degree that feels appropriate. Ultimately your chest can lay on the ground, with the chin tilting up. This will compress and massage the back on the neck and must only be done if comfortable. Hold for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply into the shoulders, neck, spine, chest and lower back. Always remember where your attention goes, energy flows and it is important in these type of challenging Yin yoga poses to remain focused inwards.
Observe the emotions rising in this yoga pose. Melting heart is particularly effective in releasing heavy or sad feelings, so you may have a need to cry which will create profound healing. By the end of the pose, you will feel joy and lightness.
(Always approach your physician if currently undergoing medical treatment on the cervical area of the spine)

The root chakra, positioned at the base of your spine, houses the raw, static life force energy known as Kundalini. Also known as Muladhara in Sanskrit, or first chakra it governs your “survival instincts” and is associated with red — the color of vitality and energy. When the first chakra is open and balanced, you feel grounded and at ease with the world around you.
Malasana is also a grounding pose that stimulates the apana vayu, or the downward-flowing eliminating prana energy. By tapping into this energy, the yogi can deal with whatever physical, spiritual or emotional issues are holding him/her back.
Lesson
The first chakra is about trust and learning to trust the world when your initial reaction is fear. Feeling safe and grounded in your surroundings, community, family is key to healing yourself.
Affirmation
I am grounded, safe and secure.
This low squat also focuses on the pelvis and allows you to be open and receptive physically, emotionally, and energetically in order to accept yourself fully.
Malasana also balances our second chakra Svadhisthana.
Located in the lower abdomen between the navel and the genitals is the energy centre of our Sacral Chakra. Connected to our sciatic nerve and offer referred as the “Seat of Life”, our Sacral Chakra is our focal point of change, emotional connection, pleasure and balance.
Within the element of water and the gifts of Yin and Yan, we find balance between our masculine and feminine energy and we come home to our natural expression of sexuality and sensuality. Allow yourself to be open and simultaneously share with the deeper aspects of your being.
Lesson
The life lesson in the second chakra involves replacing guilt with forgiveness and acceptance, especially in the areas of sexual relationships.
Affirmation
I accept and forgive myself.
How to get into Malasana:
a). Come to stand with your feet about mat’s width apart.
b). Bend the knees and lower your butt toward the floor to come into a squat.
c). It’s natural for your toes to want to turn out and that’s ok, but don’t overdo it. Eventually, you’re working toward keeping the feet closer to parallel.
d). Take your upper arms inside your knees and bend the elbows to bring the palms together into (Anjali mudra ( prayer position 🙏🏼 )
c). Try to bring your hands to your heart center with the forearms parallel to the floor, allowing the pressure of your elbows to open the knees slightly.

The heart chakra is developed as emotional issues are resolved and integrated.
Experience is the magic ingredient.
In heart centered consciousness, mind, body and spirit are seen as facets of a human being which can all balance achievement and wholeness.
Our heart is the gateway to spiritual consciousness, it is the bridge for our physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual bodies to interlace and balance free of tightness and resistance to flow through our journey in life.
The more we open and allow our heart to expand with forgiveness and love, the more we develop spiritual awareness.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
With light and love ❤️

Today, I read this quote from someone that is literally an earth’s angel.
Always taking care of people once deciding to move on (from long periods of sunsets) and give herself unconditional love.
Furthermore, after embracing yoga practice and teaching, combined with essential oils and her Health Coach Certification.
This is so true, think about what happens to your stomach, after you consume negative stuff. Not a very inspiring scenario. Well. brothers and Soul’s sisters, the same happens to our heart when we open it to people that do not value that gift. Hence, won’t appreciate it and reciprocate it.
Keep in mind that the love you receive, will be in accordance with the love you give to yourself.
Your heart chakra is the bridge between your physical, energetic field and your emotional, intelectual, spiritual bodies.
From other perspective, a heart break impacts your inmune system.
Practicing the above quote, will save you unnecessary heartache.

Dedicated to Marta Ortiz. the fairy godmother, anyone would love to find along the life’s path.
“Be thou the rainbow in the storms of life. The evening beam that smiles the clouds away, and tints tomorrow with prophetic ray. And when it rains on your parade, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbow” -Lord Byron.
There is no such a thing as a mistake, within this life, within this universe. There aren’t punishments. Everything that happens to us is not an accident an always, always ( disregard the struggles) we will be able to see a benefit at the end. But we need to look through our ego’s illusion for that benefit. Everybody on the planet has all the colors of the rainbow inside, that’s why we most live in harmony with our seventh chakras or energy vortices.
Try to keep this into your mind: I am the universe… It is what I am made of…
It is my home…
It is my teacher…

Dedicated with love to a humble battle buddy, a warrior of a struggling life. A light warrior on the path to find and meet with the true version of the highest self. On the path to start and overcome resilience.
When strengthening our bond with God’s divine energy, there will be receptivity to feel compassion and empathy for the pain and struggle of others.
Our heart chakra is our bridge between our physical matter, psychological and emotional. That’s why is important to maintain track on it.
Note;
Refer to the subpage of Chakras beneath Yoga and the Peaceful Warrior in the main menu, where you will be able to deepen knowledge regards your map of energy inside the body with physical and physiological symptoms when there is blocking.
Now back to our anahata affirmation…
You will be able to develop the willingness to forgive, let go of resentment, and to be able to heal emotionally. Practice affirmations of love and nurturing repeatedly.
Manifest that you are a child from heaven who came from the divine light. Willing to fulfill your birth’s contract or sacred life purpose. Observe any childhood baggage, (that could be dragging you or hunting with self doubts) as you would to an helium balloon, tempting to be punched.
Feel the bliss?? And if not you must be laughing with a thought, that I lost it.
That’s fine if you are laughing you are halfway there, because laughing is part of healing.
Now punch that baggage and let it go without attachment. No one, no one will be able to do it for you, so don’t be comfortable get it together and do your job. Take a deep breath
Punch that baggage ( like a balloon) and let it go. Now repeat this as a mantra:
I rejoice in the joy, sucess, abundance and good health of myself and others. “I courageously, effortlessly, and unconditionally, give and receive love.”
I AM ETERNALLY LOVED.
Last but not least;
“The answer that you seek is in your heart right now. Be open to giving and receiving love.”

It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.
It is located above the pubic bone and below the navel, and encompasses the genital region and the hypogastric plexus.
Svadhisthana:
“the dwelling place of the self,”
Element:
water, which equals cohesiveness, the sense of taste, and the act of procreation.
When this chakra is out of balance, a person may experience:
emotional instability
fear of change
sexual dysfunction
depression
addictions
Characteristics of Svadhisthana
The six petals represent the following modes of consciousness, also known as vrittis: affection, pitilessness, feeling of all-destructiveness, delusion, disdain and suspicion.
Svadhisthana is associated with the unconscious and with emotion.
It is closely related to the Muladhara in that Muladhara is where the different samskaras (potential Karmas) lie dormant, and Svadhisthana is where these Samskaras find expression.
Svadhishthana contains unconscious desires, especially sexual desire.
It is said that to raise the kundalini shakti (energy of consciousness) above Svadhishthana is difficult . Many saints have had to face sexual temptations associated with this chakra.
A balanced second chakra leads to:
1. Feelings of wellness
2. Abundance
3. Pleasure
4. Joy
Energy of the 2nd chakra:
Feminine, passive, and lunar.
The Focus of 2nd Chakra:
Creativity
As humans, it is part of our nature to create.
This creativity can be expressed as procreation but the second chakra energy is certainly not limited to making babies.
When we cook, bake, or garden, we are creating.
We create when we find a new solution to an old problem.
Any time we take raw materials, physical or mental, and transform them into something new, we are using our creative energy.
The problem with creativity is that we are often discouraged from creative efforts, starting with education.
Once we pass through the phase where coloring, painting, or cutting paper is completely acceptable, it seems that we must mold into less creative beings.
In order to conform, follow the rules and fit in, we sometimes lose our creative energy and thus, our unique ideas in the process.
Adults become used to following what’s right, the latest trend, or what’s acceptable to others.
Then, when asked to abstractly invent something new, we might have a difficult time doing it.
Play Like a Child to Awaken Your Creative Energy.
We might feel open and creative in some aspects of life, while self-conscious in others.
Ask me to write a book or essay and I can perform with ease. But if you ask me to draw a picture, paint, or even create a great meal without a recipe to follow, I feel much less than skilled.
But, if you told me I had to paint a nice picture because my life depended on it, I would most likely rise to the occasion.
Why?
Because I would take the risk to get the job done.
The reason, that we stopped being creative or stopped taking risks creatively, is because along the way, someone told us that we weren’t good or that we couldn’t do it.
“When opening your second chakra energy, you must take risks and not be afraid of failure.”
Play is a great way to begin this opening.
Have you ever watched a child play?
A child will spend several hours building a Lego tower, a sandcastle, or an exquisite dollhouse.
Then, the same child will smash their masterpiece in an instant and start over from scratch as if it was no big deal.
Start to play like a child. If your gourmet meal doesn’t turn out, so what?
If your potted plant dies in a week, plant another one.
Also, if your work project is a not as expected , it doesn’t mean your career is over.
Like the child at play, start again.
You have an infinite amount of creative energy within you, so use it.
How to Balance Svadhisthana:
Besides being open to creativity in your daily life, you can balance the second chakra by maintaining a healthy sexual life and honoring and respecting your body.
Get in touch with your emotions and see if there are any feelings you’re holding onto.
Make a commitment to process those emotions in a healthy way.
Recommended breathing:
Left nostril breathing called Ida Nadi breathing will help to open up the second chakra as it brings forth lunar energy.
Simply close your right nostril with the first two fingers of your right hand and inhale and exhale through the left nostril, only for 8 to 10 breaths.

I forgive, and let go without attachment
