Divide and Conquer Strategy, Between The Shadow and Our Inner Light.

Divide and rule is a strategy principle used by an opposite force, furthermore while waging war.
Any kind of war.

Inside or outside our physical bodies.

Inside or outside our psychic house.

It’s purpose is to gain or maintain dominion by breaking up larger concentrations of power into pieces that individually have less power than the one implementing the strategy.

Wasn’t that why a fallen angel failed ( when trying to work ) against the light force represented by an angelic realm with failed efforts of concealing shadow with fake light?

Let’s meditate with mindfulness:

Who am I?

What do I want during this life?

What is my calling or life purpose?

To whom am I grateful?

Unfortunately there is reactivity everywhere.

EGO imbalance concealed by projecting self flaws into our neighbors.

Minding others business before fixing our imperfections.

Darkness is necessary into our lives, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to appreciate light.

Taoism quotes about it, establish an interdependency between Yin and Yan.

The scriptures have made it clear providing a karmic navigation map of day vs night/illumination vs shadow/ good vs evil.

Take note because we arrived from divine light and take it for granted.

Why do we keep ourselves nurturing the greatest illusion on this world…?
SEGREGATION”

Is the light supposed to come back by itself after a vacation period?
I don’t think so my friends.

There is a little shadow work required to be embraced for that Sun to rise back into our paths.

Tonight there is a Penumbra Lunar Eclipse
Eclipses bring the unexpected, forcing us into action.

There is always fear to the unexpected. Change can be a good thing.

Procrastination is part of the human condition.

We avoid what’s painful because is easier to  stay in our comfort zones.

That’s why we occasionally need a little cosmic kick in the pants to push us off the fence and into action.

 Eclipses bring change.

They fall four to six times a year and turn things upside-down.

In our disoriented state, we may act out of character or see turbulence in the world.

Eclipses can also help break patterns and shift dynamics.

However, astronomy and astrology experts, suggest waiting a week or so before taking drastic action, allowing the eclipse energy to settle first.

Keep in mind that we are energy, life force.

Lunar Eclipses give us a glimpse into what Carl Jung referred to as the “shadow self.”

Refer to my article “The Shadow into the Psychic House” on this blog.

Dr. Jung (Swiss psychiatrist) the father of Psychotherapy, a former kundalini yoga practitioner, and encourager of rehabilitation & resilience left a legacy of knowledge within the mental health field.

What we discover about ourselves and others during Lunar Eclipses can be tough to swallow, even shocking.

Still, this gives us the opportunity to embrace our wholeness, and see where we have room to grow in new directions.

Owning the fact that we have emotions like fear, anger, jealousy and rage is the way to get a handle on them.

When the Sun, Earth and Moon all align almost one-behind-another, a prenumbral lunar eclipse occurs.

As the Earth blocks the Sun, sunlight fails to illuminate the Moon’s surface properly. Isn’t this a manifestation of divide and conquer strategy?
In this instance, stargazers will notice a slight shadow cast over the surface of the full Moon, which is known as the penumbra.

All this sounds amazing, if we read between the Universe lines, that adjustments are required around us and even into our personal lives sometimes.

Meditation is recommended, go into silence e inner quest for the self, alining our persona, ego, shadow.

persona- what we project to others ( our core) in other words earth

ego- our behavior undergoing flight & fight based on perceptions, past traumas & concealed fears in other words the sun

the shadow- erupts as an overpowering rage or some indiscretion that slips past us through different forms of manifestation such as depression or any other mental downfalls.

If the human being, cannot find the right tools for learning how to develop balance into the darkness and light, sets an easier environment within for the Shadow to become stronger than the light.

Meditate In The Silent Temple Of Your Heart.

As we witness the Universal Omnipresent force in All, (our God Self or I Am presence) we connect to the Divine Power of Grace.

As we embody the Will, the Capacity to receive this gift, our finite minds open to greater possibilities, once lost in our limitless awareness. We behold our Infinite Self.

Divine Grace, the sweet surrender that transforms, and inspires humanity to live a virtuous life. Becoming the Light that remains illuminated as we continue our path.

The resurrection of our Eternal Divinity, our Christ Consciousness resides in each of us. Our perfect expression of God. as the human mind acknowledges the Divine within, he awakens his Soul.

Paramahansa Yogananda, (author of The Yoga Of Jesus: Understanding the Hidden Teachings of the Gospels) said “To commune daily with the Divine in deep meditation, to carry His love and guidance with you into all your activities, is the way that leads to permanent Peace and Happiness.”

I exhort you to separate at least 10 minutes daily to connect to the Divine Power of Grace through meditation.

First, sit down into a comfortable crossed legged position. Along your spine, and melt your shoulder blades towards your tailbone.

Second, bring your attention to your breath. Soften your face. Bring your tongue towards the roof of your mouth (behind your front teeth). Begin inhaling through your nose (keeping your mouth closed) and when you exhale, allow yourself to let go (without judgement) of any turbulence within your mind, that doesn’t allow you to be present and in harmony with this inner self connection and exploration moment.

Third, while keeping your eyes closed ask your self the following questions:

Who Am I?

If you don’t know the answer, it’s alright. Remember no judgement. You may help yourself with a journal and write down, your answers.

What do I want? Are my thoughts and actions aligned congruently?

Remember be compassionate with yourself, simply take note regards how can I become happier and live in congruency.

How can I better serve while I am living this life? What is my purpose here?

What is my source of gratitude? Keep in mind that gratitude is a magnet for miracles.

After ending this meditation exercise, release everything, close your eyes again and breathe slowly during three minutes.

When you feel ready come back to your space.

I encourage to practice this short meditation during 21 days and you will feel and see the difference as well as your perspective towards others.

Align your thoughts with your Actions…

Happy Week✨

A sign from the Universe
L iberates intention
I ntention determines outcome
G enerates coherence
N ew energy enters your life
M oves you forward
E xcellent way to attract happiness

We are Divine beings living the human experience…

Alignment is about finding the feeling inside of the things that we want and then deliberating the choice to create those feelings.

If we align our intentions from a source of gratitude, we will attract more positive things into our lives and vibrate into a higher frequency throughout releasing and elevating our Divinity.

DIVINE TIMING…

Everything that happens in life is perfectly aligned by a divine force, once you start believing in that higher power you realize that control is an illusion.

This doesn’t mean that you don’t take any action and just sit on your couch all day long, it simply means you accept life as it is with receptivity and faith as a source to believe in yourself. It means to fully engage into your potential to evolve into a better version.

You don’t try to force things to happen. You don’t flow against the current of the river, you allow yourself to release any resistance all the way from your cells tissue and your mind.

You start living life effortlessly mindfully, in other terms with awareness of each moment because you realize that everything is connected.

There may be some things that may feel really bad right now, but in the future you realize those bad times made you a strong person. So trust the divine timing of life, nothing is a coincidence in this Universe. Keep in mind that everything is aligned and connected.

Our body generates enough electricity to fuel an IPhone in 70 hours. https://wp.me/P7G3QF-xL

Everything we do is controlled and facilitated by electrical signals running through our bodies.

Think about how would our brain communicate with a skeleton of 206 bones and more than 600 muscles if it wouldn’t be the outcome of positive or negative charges of electricity that had been produced across our membranes when atoms switch charges.

In other words energy is our main Life Force. Hence is throughout our energy that we become able to connect to this divine and universal force, which descends to us and allow us to align with it in a vortex flow. However in order to experience that we must raise our frequency and vibration.

How to raise your vibration in order to align yourself with the vortex:

1. Gratitude:

Being grateful for what you already have surfaces your vibration and opens you up to receive more.

2. Meditate:

Meditating is a great way to ground yourself and feel connected to the Universe.

3. Affirmations:

Positive affirmations are very powerful because they release you from negativity, fear, worry, and anxiety. When these affirmations are repeated over and over again, they begin to take charge of your thoughts, slowly changing your pattern of thinking and ultimately changing your life.

There are some you could such as these ones below as an example

I am calm and peace.

I am in the vortex or the source.

I trust that I am loved and supported.

Every cell in my body vibrates with joy.

4. Connect with nature:

Go outside and connect with nature. It is a great way to ground yourself and feel connected to the Universe.

5. Self care:

Taking care of yourself is and essential way to raise your vibration. Go through physical health assessments at least once a year. Put on your face mask as long as required during this global pandemic period. Read a good book or simply do what feels good and makes you happy without jeopardizing yourself and others.

6. Visualize:

Close your eyes and see what you want to manifest. Visualize your dream life or goal . Imagine every aspect of your desire and see yourself with it.

7. Drink water:

Water helps you cleanse you from toxins and impurities that could be weighing down your vibration. Water raises your vibration from the inside out.

8. Journal:

This is a great way to clear and organize the mind. Journaling will raise your vibration by releasing worries onto the paper by freeing them from your mind.

BE THE PERSON WHO BREAKS THE CYCLE…

Hey there, I have learned throughout my years of facilitation as a yoga teacher, master resilience trainer and reiki master that enlightenment is not an altered state of consciousness; it is coming out of an altered state of consciousness.

Sometimes we are faced abruptly into adversity, which is meant to test our faith within ourselves and even our connection to the Universe, Divine Source or God. It happens through many ways.

It could be undergoing physical suffering, as well as mental or even heartbreak. In summary, life is full of adversity, since the moment we are delivered out of our mother’s womb (our safest zone) in order to face this world full of difficulties.

However, if we keep ourselves attached to the past experiences that caused us any type of pain; we lose connection to ourselves, to what we want, to our life’s purpose and to our source of love and gratitude, God.

If we accept and realize that is within ourselves to break the chain of resentment, lack of forgiveness, to shelter compassion and love then we will be able to heal and evolve eventually into a better version of ourselves.

During this week of reflexion meditate and see yourself able to:

Choose understanding if you were judged.

Choose accountability in order to make anything up.

Choose acceptance if you were rejected.

Choose compassion if you were shamed.

Choose to be the person you needed when you were hurting, not the person who hurt you. Vow to be better than who broke you.

Choose to heal instead of becoming bitter so you can act from your heart, not your pain.

Forgiveness and love were the main teachings of our greatest master of resilience, Jesus. Throughout his short life, his crucifixion and resurrection he left us a great message and lesson that resonates a lot with Victor Hugo’s quote “Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise.”

Last but not least;

It is within our will and practice of selflove to move on from the darkest night and allow our sun to rise.

How to hear during silence.

“The quieter you become, the more you can hear.” -Ram Dass

What was meditation and Buddhist guru Ram Dass really implying?

The general goal of mindfulness and self-discovery is to quiet the endless parade of thoughts that march through our minds almost incessantly.

Self-discovery is extremely important when there is lack of grounding due to several events that during our lives, we have to face and react unexpectedly.

Also self-discovery provides support to develop resilience skills in order to deal with emotional trauma (when applicable) sometimes caused during childhood. Unfortunately it remains in the subconscious until another trauma or stressful routine triggers the mind and hence its resistance to deal with it.

Most of our errant thoughts are rooted in the past and future – thoughts of fear, fantasy, frustration, envy and regret.

Rarely are we completely rooted in the present moment. So when we learn how to control a phantom mind, through at least 15 minutes daily doing meditation, there will be multiple benefits that extend from the crown of our head all the way to our feet.

We connect with our breath and learn how to use it as a resource to pace the mind. People have gotten used to constantly talking, listening to television or music, or making noise in other ways. Creating noise just for the sake of noise will never let us understand the beauty of silence or appreciate the world around us.

Take 2 minutes and do nothing but listen, without talking or having any background noise, and you may be amazed at what you hear.

The sound of birds singing, insects buzzing, and all of the other noises that are going on are often overlooked because they are not clearly heard.

If you go into nature and you are silent you will find that nature can be quite noisy in a natural and appealing way.

The importance of silence is also a factor in relationships, because if you are always talking then you are not hearing what your partner is saying.

It is better to be silent and practice situational awareness, only speaking when this is necessary, so that you can truly hear what others are trying to tell you. Instead of standing in front of the person talking and instead of being present the mind is wondering somewhere else.

Spread Your Wings And Fly

Until you spread your wings, you’ll have no idea how far you can fly. When the stormy winds of life threaten to knock you down, may you have the courage to spread your wings and fly!

No bird can fly without opening its wings, and no one can love without exposing their hearts.

You’ve to spread your wings if you really want to fly. Take risks, try new things, go places you haven’t gone, be willing to not know, be okay with making mistakes.

Death and love are the two wings that bear the good man to heaven. Jump, and you will find out how to unfold your wings as you fall.

No bird soars too high if he soars with his own wings. Imagine what will happen to a child who’s not provided the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence.

How to let go of what weighs you down?

Begin by learning to control your breath. Allowing yourself that awareness will provide you better physiological responses of relaxation in the midst of challenges.

Begin to meditate “To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrender.”

Embrace mindfulness, keeping yourself at the present will decrease unnecessary worries about what will happen tomorrow.

Embrace into the practice of yoga, it will help you to let go and release from mental and physical blockages that creates a sensation of carrying the world on your shoulders.

Becoming able to master both skills, is to surrender and winning at the same time. Because once you control the turbulence of you thoughts, you are able to let go anything that weighs you down. Hence you will go further than you could ever dreamed possible.

God will only push you off a cliff if He’s going to give you wings to fly.

Spread your wings of love, and let your mind fly to a distant land where love is the air of life.

It was pride that changed angels into devils, it is humility that makes men as angels.

How To Pick A Battle Carefully.

And old Cherokee told his grandson,

“My son there is a battle between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy and truth.”

The boy thought about it and asked, “Grandfather, which wolf wins?

The old man quietly replied…

“THE ONE YOU FEED”

Hence the warrior is not someone who fights, for no one has the right to take another life. The warrior within (the Good from the above tale), is the one who sacrifices or even surrenders (him/herself) for the good of others.

In order to take care of the elderly, the defenseless, those who cannot provide for themselves, and above all, the children, the future of humanity.”

Life will keep bringing you the same test, over and over, again until you pass it!

The Best Journey Within…

Hello there beautiful Souls, have you visualized your physical body thru an imaginary lens?

Well gently close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breath, bring your tongue towards the roof of your mouth behind the front teeth, begin to inhale thru your nose and when you exhale, begin to activate relaxation within. Now bring your attention to your forehead. Visualize your physical vehicle.

See your physical body as a product of this material dimension. It is created on earth using elements like carbon, hydrogen and calcium. It is vulnerable, it has limitations and a finite lifespan.

Your higher self has chosen to inhabit it to have experiences that the Spirit world does not offer. It is not the real you. What you see in the mirror is only a vehicle. The real you is perfect, limitless and eternal. It is connected to everyone and everything you see. The ability to contact your Guides and their knowledge is omnipresent, but you must do your part to access their wisdom.

How do we access their wisdom? Becoming receptive to this guidance which is your birthright, we are delivered to this life guarded by a celestial energetic team of Guides that includes a guardian angel, a departed loved one (some cases two), Archangel Michael is assigned to protect humanity, so we have this energy available to us when we need to connect to it and some people might have 2 archangels assigned for guidance and protection based on their Soul’s contract or life’s purpose.

The higher our calling the larger the team will be. Meditation, sitting in silence, and asking to receive advice during the dream state are all ways to establish contact with your higher self and Guides. Also thru meditation you can find your life’s purpose and Highest Potential.

What is Highest Potential?

Before going to this explanation I want to address something to make you think.

God sends power in humble packages; on the back of fool little children always, there’s no way to conceal it.

Because they look harmless.

Think about humbleness, and it’s congruency with power…at least for a minute.

Our highest potential is manifested when we act every moment (we recognize a choice is present), towards the best potential option (available) within the circumstances as an outcome.

Embrace this process, have no fear to sitting in silence enjoy that darkness as is the only way you will be able to see the light. For assistance in how to meditate go to this website menu and click on meditation benefits.

Last but not least;

Don’t be discouraged by the earthy distractions placed between you and your Guides. Practice developing this sacred relationship. You will find that life becomes much easier when you have daily communication with your Guides.

Give Without Expectation…

Hey there Beautiful Souls,

Have you ever been able to give without expectations?

Allow me share this with you. When you spread light and love to others, it should be done without any conditions attached to the act.

And why is that?

Because attachment is the root of suffering. We are all made of the same energy, so the good that you give out is essentially given to yourself. In other terms when you help others, you help yourself.

So my point here is that the joy of giving will always be your reward. Remember that energy is constantly flowing, and by lovingly giving unconditionally you will be able to increase the flow and bring it into a higher vibration of being which in turn assists everyone.

Giving is part of our Soul, hence when you are not able to give without conditions, your ego will develop issues of scarcity and the need to feel acknowledged.

When you give selflessly from the heart, you increase the energies of abundance and gratitude throughout your sphere of influence.

Life is not a competition…

We are here to help each other instead of allowing ourselves get lost into an EGO trip, that will trigger inner scarcity leaving behind struggles ultimately delaying your journey towards a higher self.

Focus in ways that you can give without expectations allow yourself to pay forward all the good things (that you already have) without consciously thinking about it and you will be able to see that the best rewards reaped are from acts that you didn’t even realized you had sown.
