Tattooing Anahata Chakra

There is a beautiful thing inside you that is thousands of years old.

Too old to be captured in poems…

Too old to be loved by everyone…

But loved so very deeply by a chosen few.

What a painful thing to see forever in the eyes of someone who doesn’t see the same.

Choose those staring at your heart’s chamber through the windows of their Soul, as it will become your master Key to open your heart and allow it to grow into love.

Nurture the Heart with Yoga, Crystals and Affirmations

Yoga with Crystals

Benefits of Anahatasana (Heart Melting Pose) Anahatasana expand the chest and give a soothing effect on the Anahata chakra is associated with feelings and emotions. It can release any blocked emotions and we can feel free of the burdens of the heart.

Deeply opens the shoulders, pectoral muscles of the chest, thoracic spine, neck and lower back. Heart and lung meridians receive a fresh burst of prana.

From hands and knees position, melt your heart towards the Earth to the degree that feels appropriate. Ultimately your chest can lay on the ground, with the chin tilting up. This will compress and massage the back on the neck and must only be done if comfortable. Hold for 3-5 minutes, breathing deeply into the shoulders, neck, spine, chest and lower back. Always remember where your attention goes, energy flows and it is important in these type of challenging Yin yoga poses to remain focused inwards.

Observe the emotions rising in this yoga pose. Melting heart is particularly effective in releasing heavy or sad feelings, so you may have a need to cry which will create profound healing. By the end of the pose, you will feel joy and lightness.

(Always approach your physician if currently undergoing medical treatment on the cervical area of the spine)

Yoga is the practice of tolerating the consequences of being yourself…

Low Squat (Malasana)

The root chakra, positioned at the base of your spine, houses the raw, static life force energy known as Kundalini. Also known as Muladhara in Sanskrit, or first chakra it governs your “survival instincts” and is associated with red — the color of vitality and energy. When the first chakra is open and balanced, you feel grounded and at ease with the world around you.

Malasana is also a grounding pose that stimulates the apana vayu, or the downward-flowing eliminating prana energy. By tapping into this energy, the yogi can deal with whatever physical, spiritual or emotional issues are holding him/her back.

Lesson

The first chakra is about trust and learning to trust the world when your initial reaction is fear. Feeling safe and grounded in your surroundings, community, family is key to healing yourself.

Affirmation

I am grounded, safe and secure.

This low squat also focuses on the pelvis and allows you to be open and receptive physically, emotionally, and energetically in order to accept yourself fully.

Malasana also balances our second chakra Svadhisthana.

Located in the lower abdomen between the navel and the genitals is the energy centre of our Sacral Chakra. Connected to our sciatic nerve and offer referred as the “Seat of Life”, our Sacral Chakra is our focal point of change, emotional connection, pleasure and balance.

Within the element of water and the gifts of Yin and Yan, we find balance between our masculine and feminine energy and we come home to our natural expression of sexuality and sensuality. Allow yourself to be open and simultaneously share with the deeper aspects of your being.

Lesson

The life lesson in the second chakra involves replacing guilt with forgiveness and acceptance, especially in the areas of sexual relationships.

Affirmation

I accept and forgive myself.

How to get into Malasana:

a). Come to stand with your feet about mat’s width apart.

b). Bend the knees and lower your butt toward the floor to come into a squat.

c). It’s natural for your toes to want to turn out and that’s ok, but don’t overdo it. Eventually, you’re working toward keeping the feet closer to parallel.

d). Take your upper arms inside your knees and bend the elbows to bring the palms together into (Anjali mudra ( prayer position 🙏🏼 )

c). Try to bring your hands to your heart center with the forearms parallel to the floor, allowing the pressure of your elbows to open the knees slightly.

The Heart Love Recordings…

Life is a Journey…

The heart chakra is developed as emotional issues are resolved and integrated.

Experience is the magic ingredient.

In heart centered consciousness, mind, body and spirit are seen as facets of a human being which can all balance achievement and wholeness.

Our heart is the gateway to spiritual consciousness, it is the bridge for our physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual bodies to interlace and balance free of tightness and resistance to flow through our journey in life.

The more we open and allow our heart to expand with forgiveness and love, the more we develop spiritual awareness.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

With light and love ❤️

How to Resurrect your Anahata (Heart) Chakra…

No gravity can stop you from rising.
While the moon pulls the tide of life towards us, our soul in oneness with all of life, answers her call. A wave of love consumes us and upwards we fly, fly through water🕊 to greet her shining body.
And so we feel instead the truth of her love and a divine reflection she shines back at us from her radiant heart.
There are moments during our life, when we must go through a cycle moved by forces greater than our own will. Karmic experiences not necessarily should bring darkness, they actually bring light to our lives. Because is an opportunity given by ourselves and the universe to embrace and complete any business unresolved.
When movements of greater planetary bodies such as Hurricane Harvey and Irma, there is certainly an impact upon the earth and humanity.. These are examples of greater cycles affecting smaller ones.
Although the smaller ones soothe the impact, are not less important. However they will have to bow to the power of the great in oneness with the magnificent unfolding divinity that is Life itself.
Our free will is provided in order to lead us through the sound judgement path, teaching us about an always available disposal which is the power of choice as to how we respond to these affecting movements and cycles.
The effect of this karmic cycle into our lives is to bring us into sweet surrender and awakening into greater love. However even if we sense at one level that a shift has a positive end in store for us, we can encounter resistance and fear, born of the ego, in response to the stirring of spiritual rising.

We may quake in our holy body and wonder if everything is getting out of control and in some disorder. We will feel more familiar into our sense of imminent chaos!

The disorder, is no other thing than the ego perspective because it’s range of vision is too small, too limited, to comprehend the greater workings of the planetary systems that move life towards love.

Soak your awareness into your heartbeat the way rainwater soaks the ground after a storm.
Notice the quality of feeling in your heart.

What do you feel?

Does your heart feel vacuous or full, weighty or light, guarded or open? Then evoke feelings of  tenderness and receptivity in your heart.

Give yourself a hug like the one you would give to the love of your life.

Come on bring it on…

Do it, Love yourself.

Allow your heart to be embued with loving kindness.

Direct kindness towards yourself, making the following affirmation:

“May I be free from emotional suffering, and may I be spiritually awake.

As you set this intention ( sankalpa) notice any biochemical shifts that occur in your body.

When you feel an all prevading compassion, allow the feeling to spread throughout your chest.

Start observing your heart rate as well as any changes that takes place in the micropulses throughout your wrists, hands, neck, and head.

Observe any changes during the following 10 to 15 minutes.

Take note regards any changes you will detect.

Congratulations you just gave your heart free chakra’s therapy with the best quality of love…

Your unconditional self love.

Are you a Love ❤️ Atarian?

Today, I read this quote from someone that is literally an earth’s angel.

Always taking care of people once deciding to move on (from long periods of sunsets) and give herself unconditional love.

Furthermore, after embracing yoga practice and teaching, combined with essential oils and her Health Coach Certification.

This is so true, think about what happens to your stomach, after you consume negative stuff. Not a very inspiring scenario. Well. brothers and Soul’s sisters, the same happens to our heart when we open it to people that do not value that gift. Hence, won’t appreciate it and reciprocate it.

Keep in mind that the love you receive, will be in accordance with the love you give to yourself.

Your heart chakra is the bridge between your physical, energetic field and your emotional, intelectual, spiritual bodies.

From other perspective, a heart break impacts your inmune system.

Practicing the above quote, will save you unnecessary heartache.

How to restore mental distress from overdrive mode…

An overactive third eye chakra can be disorienting and cause of much psychological and psychic distress. When this energy center is on overdrive, you may feel like you are getting lost in an endless stream of phantasmagoric visions or being bombarded by nonsensical pieces of information.

Signs Of An Overactive Third Eye Chakra

A common sign of hyperactivity in the third eye chakra is over indulging in a fantasy world while losing touch with reality.

Another symptomatic manifestation is being overly concerned or fearful about the phantasmagorical visions passing before your mind’s eye.

When the Third Eye is balanced you see everything clearly.

You function and make decisions with a sense of neutrality; meaning you are concerned, but not attached, to any single outcome.

Highly focused, you can make the distinction between reality and dreams (or imagination)
Overactive or Overdrive mode
When the third eye is in overactive mode the constant flow of thoughts can be mentally exhausting.
You may feel intimidated by having to make decisions that would normally be quite simple.

That indecisiveness is often times influenced by clouded judgement, lack of focus, and an inability to distinguish what is real. Which is a clear alert of multiple signs your sixth chakra needs to be balanced.

Color associated with the Sixth Chakra– Indigo

Indigo is a combination of colors deepest blue and violet.

Organs and functions depending on the Third Eye Chakra:

Eyes

Nose
Ears
Brain
Nervous System
Pituitary and Pineal glands

Physical manifestations of an overactive third eye chakra include:
Headaches

Vision problems
Seizures
Insomnia
Nauseous symptoms
Sinus issues

Additional non-physical signs of an overactive third eye chakra include:
Hallucinations

Being judgmental
Anxiousness
Mental fog
Feeling overwhelmed
Paranoia and/or delusions

When Your Third Eye Chakra Is Hyperactive…
If you feel the visions are too much for you to handle or the pieces of information are coming too fast, you can always ask for them to slow down. Work with your self and activate your inner warrior.

If you feel the visions and energies you experience are going out of control, firmly anchor yourself in your body and root yourself into the Earth as much as possible.

Example;

Go to the Beach and Walk for at least 30 minutes barefooted.

Go to your backyard (if closer) and do the same.

This will activate the required grounding immediately.
You can also ask for protection and guidance to make your experience more comfortable.

Cutting Emotional Cords Meditation with Archangel Michael helps a lot.
Remember, Archangel Michael is the Commander assigned by our Creator to assist and protect us from anything negative.

You can make affirmations activating his support or angelic realm through affirmations such as:
Ask to receive information in a way you can process or understand more easily.

Are we ready to engage?

“Operation Enduring Ajna”

Important Tip:

Use Other Chakras To Balance A Third Eye Chakra On Overdrive

More than just the third eye chakra being over-activated, the issue may arise from:

Lack of overall balance in your energy system.

Moreover your ability to apply discernment towards the information you receive through this energy center.

You can use other chakras and their qualities, such as

Your second (sacral) can help filter your intuitive hits and anchor them in your emotional and physical field

Your fourth chakra (heart).
The heart chakra might bring a balanced and compassionate perspective to navigate through what may otherwise appear disincarnate or threatening.

Keep grounding as the goal:

Strengthening the energy of your root chakra is the key for grounding while allowing the qualities of the third eye chakra to develop more fully.

Also, although recommended for emotional cleansing and evolution.

Be mindful regards the following ethereal energy activation work.

Hypnosis

Past Lives Regression sections

First,

Would be mindful to receive evaluation of the current status of your chakras prior to any treatment.
Second,

is important to receive or search for grounding while opening  and closing the third eye chakra.
Leaving this vortex of energy overactive could affect the nervous system, heading the person to a worsening mental state than before treatment submission.

Post Meditation recommendations after any Hypnosis or Past Lives Treatment.

Grounding and cleansing meditation will provide fast mental restoration.

You can try the following exercise with the affirmation.

Sit down comfortably with your back straight resting on a wall, keep your shoulder blades together for better breathing, play slow calming music.

You can search at the menu for a Semperlee Yoga playlist under Semper Savasana where you will have options.

Light a White Candle ( any as long as white)

Please God and Archangel Michael
I humbly direct my petition for your assistance through interception of any energy cord or negative energy block within my chakras.

I accept shielding from my Guardian angel, and your heavenly team of Archangels.
Dear God please allow transmutation of any overwhelming energy towards the light.
I repel any uncomfortable sensation, by embracing your shield of nurturing love and protection.

Thank you Father and the rest of the team for your immediate support and love. So it is

Amen

Next step:

Set your timer for 15 to 30 minutes (not less than 15 ) and close your eyes. repeating;

Keep your mouth close try to keep the tip of your tongue in contact with the roof of your mouth. Inhaling and Exhaling cleansing air.

You will hear the sound of the ocean within, which will help you distribute your energy flow evenly, hence will calm your nervous system.

Whenever your mind begins to spin with multiple thoughts, then repeat below affirmation:

(Inhale) I am light
(Exhale) I repel negative energy
(Inhale) I am cleansed
(Exhale) I repel blocks
(Inhale) I am loved
(Exhale) I release any judgement.
When done with this exercise, be grateful again to your heavenly team.
Remember that when there is lack of grounding, our visions might sweep us off our feet.

Although sounds contradictory, the influence of the root chakra energy supports the activity of the third eye chakra. Always remember this.

Balancing Energy In Life…

Life is a gift.

We are all gifted children from our Creator.

However, our gifts are not about obtaining unmeasurable power.

Not even about the best leadership.

Because our purpose is not about our personal’s gratification or agenda.

It is a life of significance oriented to the service.

Through a service of sharing our gifts, to those in need.

To those who (once) lost their track and grounding through the process of execution of a free will.

But, are thirsty to come back and drink some of that Holy Grail.

To those who forgot who gifted and loved they were meant to be and still are.

No one is useless in this world, who lightens the burdens of another.

Last but not least;

“To keep your balance you must keep moving.”

The Power Within You

Beauty is not in the face; it is a light in the heart ❤️

Have you thought throughly the meaning of that quote from kahlil Gibran?

Well is not a secret that we have a physical body, which is the first part of our body that we show to the world.

There is a constant brain wash received from the media, marketing oriented towards the search of the best anti-aging products or suplements.

Certainly, not contributing to the above development.

I respect that, but doesn’t provide much heart and soul’s enlightenment.

By the moment we will separate our souls from of physical matter, non of these tools will be resourceful.

I have heard that darkness sometimes approaches us concealed behind a white curtain.

Probably coming by darkness itself.

When realizing that,  as such is when your process begins.

There is a big difference between our heart and the face we show to humanity.

The aging process.

Sometimes would be supportive to make a self assessment regards when telling people God bless you within the midst of a short circuit between our right and left hemispheres of the brain.

I encourage to evaluate and determine any thing, event or word that we could improve for a better tomorrow, making us walk our words,

(Act Non Verba) military and latin vocabulary.

Don’t you know yet that it is your light, what actually lights the world?

There is a life-force…

within your heart

within your soul

Ignite that light and you will see how magnificent it could be…

more magnificent than the sunrise

more magnificent than the sunset.

Inner journeys through meditation or prayers, are like shafts of lights.

Connection with your divine light and Christ within.

That inner light unable to allow becoming dimmed, by our ego our our shadows.

Last but not least;

“Your heart and soul, came into a package full of light, nurture them and do not be afraid to use them.”

Namaste

The Hardest Asana…

One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go…

Whether is guilt, anger, loss or betrayal.

Change is never easy, we fight to hold on and we fight to let go.

During yoga you learn how to let go without attachments, however before accomplishing with the requirements of that lesson, you need to embrace that the hardest Asana is to let go.

Last Tuesday, I facilitated a Power Vinyasa Class which gratefully, was so full that the participants were asking for an additional attendance sheet, in order to register their names.

This is an experience that will make any Yoga teacher feel in full bliss, which I am sharing with my loving heart and humble Soul.

When we finished the standing postures and began transitioning to balance poses, it came to my mind how much I love my father who I have lately realized (with heart pain) has become tired of  fighting his Warrior Journey through this life.

Also his unconditional love and devotion not only towards myself and siblings… to my beautiful loving mother.

I sure keep and indeed, will keep my prayers (towards our Creator) to shower him with better health and motivation at least to witness my son, (his only grandson) graduate from college.

However, this is the hardest part of life we most embrace and respect without resentment.

When we think about the absence of a person we have loved to the moon and back, but is time to let them go, we need to set aside our personal desires and EGO ( edging God outside)

So, I started to prepare my students to get them all, into a Virabhadrasana III or Warrior III

They all got into the pose so beautifully.

At the beginning there was some struggle.

But when I told them to spread their wings ( arms) to their sides, they did it as such without hesitation. Not only they were ready to let go, there was also reception to open their hearts for better quality of breath and to love.

Always, always remember this:

“You are a precious and magnificent child of the light and love from our Creator and no matter how heavy could feel any burden, keep into your mind that stars can’t shine without darkness.”

Namaste 🙏🏻

The Journey Of The Sixth Sense.

When we conect with our five senses we embrace glory.
We recognize and celebrate, how wonderful our breath is. We active our senses which constitute the sensible world for us.

However there is  another sense-a secret sense, a sixth sense, that we learn how to listen to and pace through the journey of meditation.

That is our Intuition which is a spiritual faculty and does not explain, but simply points the way towards the journey of fulfilling our intellectual body with wisdom.

A journey that will clear our chakras from blockages, that will help us connect with our divine light and our Creator. Trust yourself, do not let your ego take over your right judgment.

Edging

God

Outside

Meditation also helps us to improve our comprehension and memory. The mind has to be empty to see clearly. Take a look at below image before and after 10 minutes of meditation.

During his ministry Master Jesus showed the importance of meditation. It’s mentioned and sustained several times within the sacred scriptures:

“The heart of the righteous one meditates before answering.” Proverbs 15:28

“I will meditate on all your activity and ponder over your dealings.” Psalms 77:12

For further guidance refer to the menu and click on Breath is Life and Meditation Benefits; there you will find also mentoring regards the practice of different pranayamas and meditation.
