The effect of the shadow is judgement, who do not think or agree positive or negative with us, activates our judgment.
For instance, it is easier to perceive the effect of the shadow than the shadow itself.
Now this is how it works;
You may mightily admire or despise characteristics in another, and yet when judgments arise, it was actually a part of us in surviving mode to be integrated and expressed, trying to get our attention through our judgement.
By reviewing all the above, noticing our judgments of others is the quickest way to get in touch with the Shadow Self trying to forgive, let go, move on and heal.
Hence, to grow into our conscious awareness so that we become more whole, empowered and divinely exquisite as we were meant to be when we first arrived to this life. With an uncorrupted Soul.
Last but not least;
“Everything that we see is a shadow cast by that which that we do not see.” – Jr. Martin Luther King
